Manager - Customer Relations
Function of Department / Section
The department is responsible for managing relationships with patients / visitors and enhancing the overall brand image of PSG IMS&R. This includes overall public relations, media interactions, handling VIP cases, ensuring crowd management etc.
Customer / Patient Grievance:
Function as the single point of contact for all customer / patient grievances - and actively work towards resolution
Ensure a satisfactory customer / patient experience from an administrative perspective by removing bottlenecks, reducing waiting time and delays
Responsible for the logistics within the hospital - movement of files, movement of patients, movement of samples and medicines; facilitated through the team of attenders
Responsible for guiding and directing patients and acts a single point of contact / "may I help you" interface with the customer / patients
Responsible for the team of attenders and front office staff in terms of their work allocation / distribution, people management - manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance management, reporting relationships etc.
Ensure that the brand image of PSG IMS&R is maintained while interacting with press and media personnel, managing perceptions with high visibility customers / patients etc.
Ensure that administrative procedures for patients / customers and for doctors / faculty are carried out as per the institute's requirements
